 개역개정 두아디라 시에 있는 자색 옷감 장사로서 하나님을 섬기는 루디아라 하는 한 여자가 말을 듣고 있을 때 주께서 그 마음을 열어 바울의 말을 따르게 하신지라
 KJV And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.
 NIV One of those listening was a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth from the city of Thyatira, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to respond to Paul's message.
 공동번역 그들 가운데는 리디아라는 여자가 있었는데 그는 티아디라 출신으로 자색 옷감 장수였고 하느님을 공경하는 여자였다. 주께서는 그 여자의 마음을 열어 바울로의 말을 귀담아 듣게 하였다.
